We currently offer delivery across all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates and internationally.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days within UAE & 3-5 business days internationally 

  • Express Delivery (if applicable): 1–2 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and external factors.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on location and order value.

  • Free delivery may be offered during promotional periods or on orders above a certain value.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.

  • If unsuccessful, the shipment may be returned to us, and re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate. IZI Hub is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Kindly provide photos and order details for quick resolution.

9. Delays

While we aim to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier issues, or high demand periods.
